To register and use the 98tb Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:
Age Restriction: 98tb takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling with the utmost seriousness. Any Account found to be held or used by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately and permanently suspended. Any funds in such an Account will be handled in accordance with our Responsible Gaming Policy and applicable licensing requirements.
To access real-money gaming and betting features on 98tb, you must create a registered Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. You must ensure that all registration details correspond exactly to your official identity documents.
Each Player may hold only one Account on the 98tb Platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities, using the same device, or through the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. 98tb reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances where this rule is violated.

98tb is required under its international gaming licence to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals. KYC verification requires submission of a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and, where required, supporting proof of address or payment method documentation. Accounts that fail or refuse to complete KYC verification will have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is completed to 98tb's satisfaction.
It is your responsibility to keep all Account information accurate and up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
98tb currently supports deposits and withdrawals in PKR via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, and standard bank transfer. Supported payment methods may be updated from time to time at 98tb's discretion. Players are responsible for ensuring their chosen payment method is available in their region.
All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made using a payment account belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the Account cashier section. 98tb does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. Withdrawals will only be processed once KYC verification has been completed. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to verification checks. 98tb reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before approving any withdrawal.
The 98tb Platform operates in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) for all player transactions. All account balances, deposit amounts, wager values, winnings, and withdrawal amounts are denominated and processed in PKR. No currency conversion fees are applied by 98tb on PKR transactions.
Important: Funds deposited into your 98tb Account are held in a segregated player fund account in accordance with our licensing requirements. This means that your Real Money Balance is protected and kept separate from 98tb's operational funds at all times.
From time to time, 98tb offers bonuses, free bets, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to Players. All such offers are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible game types, and expiry periods. The specific terms applicable to each promotion are published alongside the offer in your Account dashboard.
Bonus funds credited to a Player's Account must be wagered a specified number of times before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. For example, a bonus subject to a 30x wagering requirement must be wagered thirty times in total before any portion of that bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirement multipliers vary by promotion and are stated clearly in the individual offer terms.
98tb reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or amend any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Where 98tb identifies that a Player is exploiting promotional structures — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or pattern wagering designed solely to extract bonus value — 98tb may void all associated bonus winnings, reverse credits, and suspend the relevant Account.
Welcome bonuses are available to new Players only and may be claimed once per household, device, or payment method. Existing Players who attempt to claim welcome bonuses via new Account registration will have the duplicate account closed and the bonus forfeited.
All casino games available on the 98tb Platform — including video slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and table games — utilise a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently tested and verified by an accredited third-party testing laboratory. 98tb does not and cannot manipulate game outcomes in any manner.
Sports bets placed on 98tb are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, league, and market type. These rules govern how bets are settled in the event of match cancellations, postponements, walkovers, and other exceptional circumstances. Sport-specific rules are available within the sportsbook section of the Platform. In the event of any dispute regarding settlement, 98tb's decision — made in good faith and in accordance with published rules — shall be final.
In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during an active game round or bet, 98tb's system logs will be used to determine the outcome of the session. Where a game round was in progress at the time of a disconnection, the round will be completed by the system according to its standard outcome logic. 98tb shall not be liable for losses directly attributable to a Player's own internet connection or device failure.
In the event of a manifest error, system malfunction, or software fault — including incorrectly displayed odds, miscalculated payouts, or erroneous game results — 98tb reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players. No player shall have a claim against 98tb for winnings arising from a clearly erroneous game state or pricing error.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 98tb Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
All content on the 98tb Platform — including but not limited to the 98tb brand name and logo, website design, graphics, user interface layouts, game content, text, data compilations, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 98tb or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. No Player may copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the 98tb Platform without the express prior written consent of 98tb.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 98tb, its directors, officers, employees, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.
98tb's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit 98tb's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Where amendments are material, 98tb will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. However, it remains each Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account.
You may close your 98tb Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account (net of applicable bonus amounts that have not met wagering requirements) will be refunded to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of KYC verification.
98tb reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or collusion, failure to complete KYC verification, conduct detrimental to the Platform, or regulatory obligation. Where an Account is closed by 98tb due to a Player's breach of these Terms, any balances may be forfeited in whole or in part.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 98tb holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or regulatory authority of that licensing jurisdiction.
Before initiating any formal dispute, Players are encouraged to contact 98tb's support team in the first instance. 98tb is committed to resolving disputes fairly, promptly, and in good faith. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, escalation to the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution mechanism is available to Players.
